摘    要:对于亚波长微结构光学元件,其特征尺寸为波长量级或亚波长量级,刻蚀深度也较大,标量衍射理论中的假设和近似己不再成立.此时,光的偏振性质和不同偏振光之间的相互作用对光的衍射结果起着重大作用,因此,必须应用严格的矢量衍射方法来分析和进行设计.在光栅问题的精确数值汁算方法中,目前常用的两种方法为耦合波法和模式匹配法.我们应用耦...
