燃料电池轿车变速器齿轮接触应力分析及疲劳寿命计算

摘    要:为有效分析燃料电池轿车变速器齿轮接触应力以及更精确地计算齿轮的疲劳寿命,满足齿轮的使用要求,建立齿轮三维模型,应用有限元方法结合变速器实际载荷谱对齿轮接触应力进行仿真计算.根据计算结果,应用齿轮有限寿命设计理论对齿轮疲劳寿命进行计算,得到齿轮的接触应力和疲劳寿命.该方法可以为燃料电池变速器齿轮接触应力分析和疲劳寿命计算提供参考.

Abstract:To analyze the contact stress and calculate the fatigue life for gears of gearbox in fuel cell car more effectively and accurately, and to meet the usage requirement of gears, a 3D model is established. The contact stress of gears is simulated and calculated by the finite element method combined with the actual load spectrum of gearbox. According to the calculation results, the fatigue life of gears is calculated by limited life design theory and the contact stress and fatigue life are obtained. The method can provide references for the contact stress analysis and fatigue life calculation for gears of gearbox in fuel cell car.
