液压挖掘机工作装置在ADAMS中的运动仿真分析

摘    要:虚拟样机技术的应用为解决液压挖掘机的设计开发提供了方法和手段。但目前由于条件受到限制,还是较少单位会对样机进行运动学仿真分析,这就大大降低了设计方案的可行性。本文用Pro-E对液压挖掘机进行了三维建模,并进行了虚拟装配,建立了挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机。最后,通过在动力学仿真软件ADAMS中建立了挖掘机工作装置的虚拟样机系统,完成了模型的前处理工作,并校验了模型的正确性。
