摘    要:该文介绍了基于矢量控制思想的鼠笼式异步电动机状态监测与故障诊断方法的原理,并通过实验验证了该方法相对于其他电流监测方法所具有的更好的突出故障特征、准确分离复合故障的能力。基于该方法的故障诊断系统可与调速系统集成,适合于工业应用。

Abstract:This paper presents a detailed introduction of a new on-line diagnosis way of three-phase squirrel-cage induc-tion motors (SCIM) based on Vector Control concepts in synchronous rotating reference frame. Compared with other ways using current signals, this way has a greater capacity to highlight fault characteristics and isolate composited faults accurately. Theoretical analysis and experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed technique. Diagnosis system based on this way can interface with AC variable speed equipment, and is apt to industrial usage.
