高压大功率电机调速方案的探讨和比较(续)

摘    要:本文分两部分介绍了两种高压大功率电动机调速方案:转子端改变转差率的串级调速和定子端的高压多电平变频调速技术。第一部分介绍了串级调速的工作原理及发展过程以及它们的优缺点。这种方案特别适合那些对调速性能要求不高,调速范围不宽的风机,水泵类负载,但它的缺点是功率因数低,因此提出了内反馈斩波串级调速,特别是引入IGBT的PWM整流技术代替晶闸管逆变使这种方案的性能得到很大的提高,第二部分主要介绍了多电平的拓扑结构和控制策略,并给出了相应的仿真波形以及应该 注意的问题。这种方案适合那些要求性能比较高,调速范围宽和动态响应比较快的场合。最后对这两种方案做了分析和比较。

Abstract:Two high voltage and high power motor drive technology are introduced in the paper, which are cascaded speed drive system and high voltage vary frequency technology. The principle and development process of cascaded speed drive system are introduced in the first section. It has the disadvantage of low power factor, so the technology of PWM converter is given in the inner feedback motor. The topology and control strategy of multilevel is introduced in the second section, at the same time, some problem is analyzed and simulations are given. Finally, the analysis and compared are given.
