摘    要:南海西江大位移井工程是国内海洋石油开发方案中的一个成功模式,为高效开发海洋边际油田闯出了一条新路。以南海西江已钻6口大位移井的工程资料为基础,结合有关的理论分析与科学计算结果,深入分析和总结了南海西江大位移井钻井与完井工艺的技术特点和成功经验,主要研究内容:井身剖面及井身结构设计,井下扭矩/摩扭预测与控制,井眼轨迹导向控制,井壁稳定与井眼清洁,下套管作业,钻头选型以及相应的完井与诱喷等工艺。这套钻完井工艺,不仅具有科学的理论依据,而且经过现场应用,验证了其具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:The Extended Reach Drilling project in Xijiang Oilfield of South China sea is a very successful example of offshore development projects in China, and it also explores a new way for efficiently developing the offshore margin oilfields. Based on the engineering data of 6 drilled ERD wells and together with some theoretical analysis and scientific calculation, the technical characteristics of ERD drilling and completion are analyzed and summarized, while the successful experience is also presented. The main study contents involve such technologies as well profile and casing program design, downhole torque/friction prediction and control, well trajectory control, wellbore stability and hole cleaning, casing running operation, bit selection and corresponding completion and production techniques. Besides the support of scientific theory basis, these drilling and completion techniques are also proven successful in field application.
