蚁群免疫算法在反应精馏优化中的应用

摘    要:利用RBF人工神经网络模型模拟合成乙酸乙酯反应精馏过程。在建立RBF神经网络模型时,首先用Aspen Plus软件模拟计算出多组数据以弥补实验数据稀少的不足,并在此基础上用蚁群免疫算法进行操作条件的优化。结果表明,蚁群免疫算法结合RBF人工神经网络模型模拟对反应精馏进行优化是可行的,且能达到很高的精度。

Abstract:The synthesis process of ethyl acetate by reactive distillation was simulated via a RBF artificial neural network model.A lot of data were produced by Aspen Plus software to make up for the shortage of experimental data when the RBF models were set up,and then the ant colony algorithm and immune algorithm were used to optimize the operation conditions of reactive distillation.The results showed that it was feasible to optimize reactive distillation using the ant colony algorithm and immune algorithm with RB...
