摘    要:为了减少我国中小型煤矿因瓦斯爆炸而引发的灾难事故,利用以SnO2为主要基体材料的N型半导体气敏传感元件对甲烷等易燃易爆气体具有良好的敏感特性,采用QM-N5型半导体气敏传感器,检测该传感器在不同瓦斯浓度下输出电阻值的变化,并设计了以AT89C51数字芯片为核心的电路处理硬件结构,对输入电阻值进行逻辑判断和分析,从而实现对瓦斯浓度超限的监控与报警.试验测试表明,该新型监测装置采用模块化程序结构设计方法,具有结构简单、检测精度高、响应速度快、性能稳定、成本价低等优点,可广泛适用于我国中小型煤矿瓦斯浓度的监测与预警.
