精吡氟乙草灵乳油在白菜及土壤中的残留动态

摘    要:采用GC-ECD测定了精吡氟乙草灵在白菜及土壤中的残留动态和最终残留量。测定结果表明:喷施10.8%精吡氟乙草灵乳油2025mL/hm2(218.7ga.i./hm2),白菜上原始沉积量0.9852mg/kg,土壤中原始沉积量0.8914mg/kg;白菜上半衰期为5d,土壤中半衰期为10d。在白菜上的最终残留量低于最大允许残留限量值(0.1mg/kg)。

Abstract:The dynamic residues and final residues of haloxyfop-(R)-methyl in cabbage and soil were determined with GC-ECD.A method for pretreatment and analysis of samples was established.The cabbage was applied with haloxyfop-(R)-methyl 10.8% EC 2025 mL/ha(218.7 g a.i./ha) and the results showed that the primitive residual amount in cabbage was 0.9852 mg/kg and in soil was 0.8914 mg/kg,and that half-life of haloxyfop-(R)-methyl in cabbage was 5 d and in soil was 10 d.The final haloxyfop-(R)-methyl residue in cabbage were lower than 0.1 mg/kg.
