大孔吸附树脂吸附和纯化匙羹藤酸的工艺研究

摘    要:匙羹藤作为一种广泛分布于我国南方各省区的亚热带植物,其活性成分——匙羹藤酸具有预防和治疗糖尿病的功效。在匙羹藤酸提取实验基础上,采用大孔吸附树脂法进行匙羹藤酸的精制。使用静态吸附法确定了大孔吸附树脂YWD-04最适于匙羹藤酸的精制。通过动态吸附性能的考察,确定采用匙羹藤酸浓度1-2.5mg/mL,流速为1-2BV/h上柱。通过动态解吸性能的考察,确定采用浓度为60%-80%的乙醇溶液,0.5-1BV/h为洗脱速度进行洗脱。通过大孔吸附树脂.匙肇藤酸得到了较好的富集和纯化。

Abstract:Gymnema sylvestre, a plant native to the tropical forests of south of China, has gymnemic acid can used to prevent and treat diabetes. This paper was studied on used resin to improve the content of gymnemic acid. The result of saturated static adsorption of different types of resins showed that YWD-04 was suited to use on gymnemic acid. Through the studied of dynamic adsorption, YWD-04 had the best adsorbilities when the concentration of gymnemic acid was 1-2.5 mg/mL, the adsorption current velocity was 1-2 BV/h. Mean-while, through the studied of dynamic desorption, YWD-04 had the best desorbilities when the volume of 60-80 % ethanol as eluant with desorption current velocity was 0.5-1 BWh. Gymnemic acid was greatly refined by resin.
