| Abstract: | The disk displacement measurement sensor, as an angle journey sensor, is a new typical displacement measurement technology based on the traditional di splacement measurement sensor. Compared with traditional straight-travel displa cement measurement sensor, the anti-interference capability and measurement ran ge of the disk displacement measurement sensor are significantly increased. |
