摘    要:应力腐蚀开裂已为大家所熟悉,但液化石油气(LPG)球罐的应力腐蚀开裂问题的研究较少。简述了LPG球罐在湿H2S环境下的腐蚀开裂及危害性,并就广大范围内球罐内出现裂纹的特征和失效原因进行了分析总结;同时,对国内外研究者对湿H2S环境下的腐蚀研究进行了概述。最后总结了几个与LPG球罐腐蚀有关的亟需解决的问题,并确立了今后的研究方向。

Abstract:Stress corrosion cracking (SCC) is well known. But SCC happened in the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) spherical tank is less studied. In this article, the cracking caused by the wet H2S and danger in the LPG spherical tank were summarized. The characteristic of the cracks appeared in the tank and the failure causes were analyzed . At the same time, the situation of corrosion study in the enviroment of wet H2S were sketched. Finally several urgent problems relating to SCC of LPG spherical tank were concluded and the future studies were confirmed.
