摘    要:建立了某车载炮的主梁、辅梁、支腿座和后支腿的有限元模型。主梁,辅梁、左右支腿座和盖板采用4节点壳单元,座圈采用8节点三维实体单元,各部件之间采用与实际连接方式相同的焊接单元、U型螺栓连接和刚性单元连接等。编制了基于FORTRAN语言的运算程序,在其内部调用NASTRAN求解器对该有限元模型进行求解,得到了火炮发射过程中各目标函数随加强横梁位置参数变化的规律。从曲线图上找到了一个相对最优的位置,在此位置上,整个模型的最大应力达到最小值。计算结果为辅梁的结构修改和加强梁的位置确定提供了参考。

Abstract:inite element model of main carriage, auxiliary frame, support-leg bases and back support leg of the truck-mounted howitzer was established. Main carriage, auxiliary frame, left and right support-leg bases and cover make use of shell unit of 4 nodes, the race makes use of 3D actual unit of 8 nodes. Based on FORTRAN language, calculation program was worked out, NASTRAN software was design to solve the finite element model, and changing rule of each target function with enhanced crossbeam parameters during the course of gun fire were given out. A relative optimum solution is derived from curves and charts, where the maximum stress of the whole model is minimum. Calculation result can provide references for structural modification of the auxiliary frame and location of enhanced cross beams.
