摘    要:本文利用振动矢量分析原理,建立转动件现场单面动平衡的斯算式,通过模拟实验和现场验证,证实了本文所提出的ZSM现场单面动平衡技术具有操作简便,平衡效率高,精度高等优点,并且可以大大减轻转动件平衡的劳动强度,具有较好的实用性。

Abstract:In this paper, by means of basic principle in analyzing the vector of vibration, a new calculation method of field dynamic balance for single rotating objects is founded. By model test and field test, it is proved that this technique, which has been drawn out in this paper, ZSM field dynamic balance for single is covenient to use, accurate and efficient for balancing. Using this new technique, labour intensity for balancing the rotating bbjects can be reduced greatly, and the practicablity is better.
