节能技术在钢管热处理炉上的应用

摘    要:为节省天然气消耗,在钢管热处理淬火炉及回火炉上采用了一系列节能技术,如采用无水冷却多功能耐热梁、炉衬全纤维、列管麻花插件式换热器、比例燃烧连续控制等节能技术,节能效果好,经测算,淬火炉单耗最低达到1100kJ/kg,折炉子热效率为57%,回火炉实际单耗最低为8600kJ/kg,折热效率为51%。为保证炉温控制精度,建议应按每支热电偶对应1套电动调节阀进行配置。

Abstract:In order to save natural gas consumption, a series of energy-saving technologies were adopted in the steel pipe heat treatment quenching furnace and temper furnace, so that the energy-saving effect was good, These technologies include: no water cooling and muhifunctional heat resistance beams, all fire-resistant fiber liner, serrate plug-and-tube heat exchangers and automatic: continuous control combustion and so on. By calculation, the actual energy unit consumption of the quenching furnace reached a minimum of 1 100 kJ/kg, reduced the thermal efficiency was 51%, actual energy unit consumption of the temper furnace was 8 600 kJ/kg and reduced the thermal efficiency was 57%. In order to ensure the control precision of the furnace temperature, it is recommended that each thermocouple should correspond to a set of electric control valve configuration.
