| 摘 要： | 根据等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层机理，对涂层的金相组织、厚度、密度、孔隙度以及涂层的结合强度、硬度、耐磨性和涂层表面粗糙度等性能进行测定和分析，阐述模具表面等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层性能的检测与分析技术，为模具修复提供技术保证。

| Abstract: | From the mechanism of the ceramic coat of plasma spray, analyzing and measuring the metallic phase of the coating, coating thickness and uniform, density, porosity, bond strength, degree of hardness, agreeability and degree of roughness, at the same time, it gives good reference on repairing invalidation die. |
