摘    要:阐述了小波变换的原理和小波系数同信号奇异性之间的关系,以此为基础,检验非平稳水文时间序列的变异性态,识别突变与缓变发生的位置、类别,从而为恢复水文序列的一致性提供良好的前提条件。

Abstract:At first, this paper introduces the principle of wavelet transform and the relationship between the coefficient of wavelet and singularity of signals. Secondly, we test the singularity of non steady hydrological times series based on the above mentioned conclusion. And then we can get the place where the singularity and gradual change happened, as well as their varieties. All of the work provide the favorable precondition about recovering the coherence of hydrological times series.
