| 摘 要： | 针对空间比较小不能够满足安装常规的落砂机加破碎机再生系统的铸造车间,提出了采用振动落砂破碎一体机代替常规落砂破碎再生系统。振动落砂破碎一体机集落砂机和破碎机于一体,具有一机多能、安装方便、占地少的特点。特别适用于旧车间改造线、安装空间小、中小件的树脂砂再生处理线。本项目于2010年开始投产,该线年产铸件为8 000 t,使用效果良好。

| Abstract: | The shakeout and crush machine was designed to replace the traditional sand reclamation machine for the foundry without enough installation space.The machine collecting the shakeout machine and crush machine has the advantages of multipurpose operation, easy to install and covering less area, and is especially suitable for the renovation of the foundry shop and medium and small casting resin sand regnerating line with less installing space.This project began production in the 2010 with 8000 tons annual production casting, and had good operating effects. |
