| 摘 要： | 针对ML系列冷芯机在使用过程中,其射砂系统存在着易粘结、维护难、成本高、易翻砂等问题。对现有的冷芯机进行了改进,采用了一种新型射砂机构,取消了射筒内衬,同时改造了加砂蝶阀,不仅完好地解决上述问题,也使射砂工序进一步简单、可靠。经过工厂的实际使用效果,完全可以推广和应用到所有含独立射砂筒（射筒内衬）的国内外冷芯机上。

| Abstract: | The sand shooting system has problems of easy to bond, difficulty to maintain, high cost and so on during using ML series cold-box machine. The cold-box machine was improved to use a new sand shooting system, including cancelling the shooting cylinder liner, reforming the sand butterfly valve, which solved these problems and made the sand shooting simple and reliable. The practical application indicates the sand shooting system can be promoted to apply to cold-box machine at home and abroad with independent sand shooting tube. |
