摘    要:介绍了我厂静压造型生产线湿型砂系统的特点;通过对静压线湿型砂大量实验数据的统计与分析,对湿型砂系统进行了调控,使其达到最优性能。型砂配比,型砂湿混时间,系统旧砂存量,沸腾冷却床冷却水压,除尘系统风量等都是型砂调控的关键点。经过调整的型砂系统,紧实率∶水分稳定在10%~12%,湿压强度稳定在0.16 MPa~0.18 MPa,含泥量控制在11%~12%,有效黏土含量控制在7.5%~8.0%.膨润土及混配土加入量都有所减少,型砂性能不但得到整体提高,产品质量也得到极大改善,而且还节约了成本。

Abstract:Characteristics of the green sand system of our static pressure molding line was introduced. The green sand system was regulated and achieved optimal performance by means of statistics and analysis about a lot of experimental data of green sand of the static pressure molding line. The ratio, wet mixing time, the storage of old sand , the water pressure of the sand boiling cooler, and the air flow of the dust removal system etc, all are the key points of green sand control. After adjustment of the sand system, the compactibility/moisture ratio was stabilized at 10%-12%, the green compressive strength at 0.16 MPa-0.18 MPa, the AFS clay content was controlled at 11%-12%, and active clay at 7.5%-8.0%. The amount of bentonite and mixed soil has been reduced. The properties of green sand not only get the overall improvement, and the product quality is also get great improvement, but also save the cost.
