摘    要:鉴于变压器绕组刚度及阻尼特性的复杂性,提出了一种确定变压器绕组刚度系数的新方法。该方法应用模态分析中的结构动力修改与灵敏度分析理论,采用理论分析和实验相结合的方法确定变压器绕组刚度系数。由该方法确定的刚度系数既包括了绕组垫块及端圈刚度的非线性特性,又考虑了诸多材质,结构,制造,安装,环境等理论上难以考虑的影响因素。经理论分析与实验验证,证明该方法是正确、有效的,可作为变压器绕组设计,结构特性重分析及故障诊断的依据。

Abstract:In view of complex nature of the stiffness and damping of large power transformer winding, a new method used to modify the stiffness and damping coefficients of large power transformer winding is presented in this paper. This method is developed on the basis of the theory of dynamic modification in structural dynamics and combines the theoretical analysis with testing to determine the stiffness and damping coefficients . The stiffness and damping coefficients determined by this method include a series of practical influence factors of structure, manufacturing and environment and nonlinear characteristics of the transformer winding which are difficult to be decided theoretically. This method can be used in design, structural reanalysis and fault diagnosis of transformer winding.
