| 摘 要： | 采用MF-5膜组件超滤2-酮基-D-葡萄糖酸发酵液,滤液质量高,收率可达98%以上;操作温度35～38℃,进口压力0.25MPa,出口压力0.15MPa,过滤中的平均膜通量为110L/(m2·h)。

| Abstract: | The quality of filter is better using MF - 5 ultrafiltration membrane to purify 2 - keto - D - gluconie acid fermentation broth , and the yield can aeheives to 9 8 % . The operating temperature is 3 5 -38 ℃, inlet pressure is 0.25 MPa, outlet pressure is 0.15 MPa, and the average filter flux can acheives 110 L/（m2 · h）. |
