| 摘 要： | 企业绩效管理在企业的发展过程中起着重要作用。在分析供电公司绩效管理存在问题的基础上，从提高思想认识、完善组织体系、建立绩效指标、建立沟通渠道、确保具体操作公平公正、深化运用考核结果等方面进行探讨，并提出对策和建议，以期提高供电企业的绩效管理水平。

| Abstract: | Business performance management plays an important role in the development of an enterprise. Based on the analysis of the problems in performance management of power supply companies, this essay gives relevant solu- tions and suggestions in the aspects of improving staff members＇ ideological understanding, perfecting the organiza- tional system, establishing performance indicators, setting up communication channels, ensuring fair operations and deepening the application of assessment results, to improve the performance management level of power supply en- terprises. |
