摘    要:通过对氨合成催化剂改用氮气升温方法的理论计算和分析,提出合成气压缩机组、开车电加热器等在氮气工质下运行的技术参数,从而得出氮气升温操作的工艺条件,在此基础上编制氮气升温操作方案,成功地进行了氮气升温操作,使合成系统冷态开车时间由15 h缩短至2 h,减少了大量合成氨原料气的排放并提前13 h出氨,取得了良好的经济效益.

Abstract:By the theoretical calculation and analysis of using nitrogen to heat up ammonia synthesis catalyst, provides technical parameters for synthetic gas compressor bundle and startup electric heater to operate under N2 media, further obtains process conditions of heating up with nitrogen, and compiles the operating programme of nitrogen heating-up on this basis, The operation of nitrogen heating-up is sucessful, shortening the time of cold state startup of synthesis system from 15 h to 2 h, decreasing the discharge of large quantity of ammonia synthesis feed gas, and producing ammonia 13 h ahead of schedule. Significant economic benefit is obtained.
