扩招后地方高校教学质量保障体系的研究与实践

高校扩招后给学校教学管理和教学质量监控带来了新的挑战,学校层面的教学管理及质量监控在学校规模扩张后凸显薄弱。为此,我校构建和完善了以＂重心下移,发挥院系、教研室在教学质量保障中的主体作用＂为特点的教学质量保障体系。该体系由＂基本教学质量保障系统、教学管理组织系统、教学质量评价系统和教学质量反馈系统＂四个部分组成,实践成效显著。

On Teaching Quality Assurance System after Expanded Enrollment of Local Colleges and Universities

After expanded enrollment of local colleges and universities, it takes many new challenges for teaching management and teaching quality monitoring, which are obviously weak. For the response to problems, our school has established teaching assessment system. The feature of the system is that department and teaching and research section play main role in teaching quality assurance, which is called ＂Focus down method＂. It includes four parts： the basic quality assurance system, teaching management system, teaching assessment system and teaching quality supervisory system. The performance is of great success.
