浅谈化工热力学在制药工程专业本科教学中的地位

摘    要:制药工程专业是奠定在药学、生物技术、化学技术、化学和工程学基础上的交叉学科,是一门工程技术科学。制药过程从原料药到药品,每一个生产环节都离不开能源的合理利用,离不开相际之间的传质、传热过程,也离不开化学反应过程。本文通过实例阐明了化工热力学在制药工程专业本科教学中所起到的作用,为了培养具有较强的工程技术能力、社会急需的制药工程专业人才,化工热力学的课程设置是必要的。

Abstract:Pharmaceutical engineering is a cross discipline based on pharmaceutical,biotechnology, chemical engineering and technology and is an engineering science. As far as pharmaceutical process from crude drug to medicine, each production refers to the rational utilization of energy and the transfer of mass and quantity of heat between phases. It cannot leave the chemical reaction process, either. The importance of chemical engineering thermodynamics in the pharmaceutical engineering is clarified in detail for the teaching of undergraduates with examples. The course plays an important role in training talents with strong pharmaceutical engineering technical characteristics for social needs.
