平湖油气田A5井水下井口重回接工艺的改进

在平湖油气田A5井水下井口重回接作业中,需要依次解脱直径244.5、339.7和508.0mm套管,才能取出被切割的244.5 mm套管和套管挂,重新进行回接,但作业中508.0 mm套管回接头解脱不开。改进重回接工艺后,用磨鞋磨掉了244.5 mm套管和套管挂的连接部分,起出了244.5 mm套管,完成了重回接作业。此次作业经验,为以后更好地完成类似作业提供了借鉴。

Improvement of subsea wellhead tieback procedure for well A5 in Pinghu oil and gas field

In the tieback operation on subsea wellhead of well A5 in Pinghu oil and gas field,the 244.5 mm casing and hanger that had been cut could be took out only after the 244.5,339.7 and 508.0 mm casings were relived successively,and then tieback operation could be performed.But 508 mm casing could not been back screwed in the tieback point during the operation.The operation has been completed done successfully by improving the tieback procedure,that is the grind shoe is utilized to mill cut the 244.5 mm casing and connection part of hanger,then the casing is pulled out.This operation experience can be used for performing this kind operation better in the future.
