摘    要:为了最大限度地满足岔管的水力需求与结构需求,以厦门抽水蓄能电站为例,根据工程布置,结合地质条件、水力条件、体形设计、运行条件和制作安装等因素,岔管采用对称Y形内加强月牙肋钢岔管,以明管准则限制埋藏式岔管围岩分担率,通过运行工况(埋藏式岔管)三维有限元计算,确定了设计初拟引水钢岔管体形的应力分布,并评判其应力分布合理性。计算结果表明,拟定的岔管体型可满足现行规范的要求。

Abstract:To satisfy the hydraulic and structural requirement of bifurcated pipe, taking Xiamen pumped storage power station for an example, according to the layout of project, the type of "Y" crescent rib reinforced bifurcated pipe is selected by considering the geological condition, hydraulic condition, structure design, operation condition, manufacture and installation. The inner water pressure undertaken proportion of surrounding rock is limited by the principle of exposed penstock. The stress distribution of the bifurcated pipe is calculated by three dimensional finite element analysis, and the rationality of stress distribution is judged. The results show that the bifurcated pipe meets the requirement of current specifications.
