摘    要:混流式转轮的CAD/CAM/CAE均需精确的三维数字化模型.针对直接利用木模图的二维线条生成转轮叶片存在不正常的凹凸现象,利用UG将轴面流线生成NURBS曲面进行叶片三维造型,建立了光滑精准的三维转轮模型.比较可知,模型与实际情况基本吻合,建模方法可供借鉴.

Abstract:A 3D runner model of a Francis turbine is the foundation of the future CAD/CAM/CAE calculation,capability forecast and CAM of the runner.Blade is a sculpture surface body and its shape is complex.This paper describes a 3D model of blade and runner of a Francis turbine,using CAD software and UG model-establishing software.The model basically tallies with the actual conditions,the model can be used for reference in other designs.
