一种绝缘遮蔽毯技术领域

在带电作业的过程中,需要进行绝缘遮蔽,遮蔽设备种类因作业内容而不同,大小不一,导致在带电作业过程中对设备的绝缘遮蔽有时需要用到多块绝缘布,而目前对于多块绝缘布之间的夹紧固定使用的是多个绝缘夹子。该种方式使用工具繁多,作业消耗时间长,为作业人员带来诸多不便。本项目拟研制出一种新型绝缘遮蔽毯,不同绝缘毯之间的夹紧使用的是绝缘毯自带的魔术贴,无需另外增加绝缘夹子,使用该种绝缘遮蔽毯可以减少作业工具种类、数量及作业时间,能有效提高作业效率。

In the process of live working,insulation shielding is required.The types and sizes of shielding equipment are different due to the work content,resulting in the insulation shielding of equipment in the process of live working sometimes need to use multiple insulation cloths.At present,multiple insulation clamps are used to clamp and fix the insulation cloths.This method uses many tools and takes a long time,which brings many inconveniences to operators.This project plans to develop a new type of insulating blankets.The different insulating blankets are clamped by the Velcro provided by the insulating blankets.There is no need to add additional insulating clamps.Using this kind of insulating blankets can reduce the types,quantity and working time of working tools,and effectively improve the working efficiency.
