双介质双排量轴向柱塞泵配流窗处液体的泄漏和掺混特性

摘    要:为进一步提高反渗透海水淡化系统的集成度及其动力元件的工作效率,同时降低该系统的能耗,从理论上推导一种新型反渗透海水淡化变量电机泵中,双介质双排量轴向柱塞泵配流窗处两种不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性。同时,通过有限元模拟的方法,研究分析该柱塞泵在不同结构参数和运行参数下两对配流窗处两种不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性。通过与理论分析结果对比,验证分析模型和所得结果的正确性。分析结果表明:该柱塞泵两侧配流窗处不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性随缸体转速的升高而小幅减弱,随液膜厚度增加而明显增强;该柱塞泵外侧配流窗处不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性几乎不受浓盐水侧压力变化的影响,而其内侧配流窗处不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性则随着浓盐水侧压力的增加而明显减弱。研究结果为海水淡化双介质双排量轴向柱塞泵设计及其配流窗处不同浓度海水的泄漏和掺混特性研究提供参考。

Liquid Leakage and Mixing Characteristics at Distribution Windows of Dual-medium and Dual-displacement Axial Piston Pumps

Abstract:In order to further improve the integration of the reverse osmosis desalination system and the working efficiency of its power components, while reducing the energy consumption of the system, the leakage and mixing characteristics of two different concentrations of seawater at the distribution windows of double-medium and double-displacement axial piston pump in variable reverse osmosis seawater desalination motor pump are deduced theoretically. At the same time, through the method of finite element simulation, the leakage and mixing characteristics of two different concentrations of seawater at two pairs of distribution windows under different structural parameters and operating parameters are studied and analyzed. The correctness of the analysis model and the results obtained is verified by comparing with the theoretical analysis result. The analysis results show that the leakage and mixing characteristics of seawater with different concentrations at the distribution windows on both sides of piston pump are slightly weakened with the increase of the cylinder rotation speed and obviously increase with the increase of the liquid film thickness. At the same time, it is shown that the leakage and mixing characteristics of seawater with different concentrations at the outer distribution windows of the piston pump are hardly affected by the pressure change on the thick brine side. However, the leakage and mixing characteristics of the seawater with different concentrations at the inner distribution windows weakened significantly as the pressure on the thick brine side increases. The research results can provide a reference for the design of seawater desalination double-medium and double-displacement axial piston pump and the study of leakage and mixing characteristics of seawater with different concentrations at the distribution windows.
