摘    要:炼化企业管理控制过程中,组织绩效考核系统是非常重要的一个环节。通过有效的评价揭示组织的运营能力、偿债能力、赢利能力和对社会的贡献,为管理人员和利益相关者提供相关信息,为改善组织绩效指明方向。根据组织绩效考核指标的构成及分类,提出炼化企业组织绩效指标制定的原则。

Abstract:Evaluation of the organization pertbrmance is very important m the management of refining and chemical enterprises. The ability on operation, debt paying and profitability of organization can be revealed by the effective evaluation. The correlative information and the aspect of improving performance can also be provided. The principle index of performance in the refining and chemical enterprises is discussed in this paper according to examination index composition and classification.
