氯氧镁水泥石的断裂韧性与组成之关系

摘    要:本文采用缓慢弯曲试验法测试和分析了氯氧镁水泥石的应力强度因子K_(1C)、断裂能G_f与组成的关系.结果表明:K_(1C)随MgO:MgCl_2克分子比呈抛物线形变化,当水泥石具有Ⅱ型堆聚结构、MgO:MgCl_2克分子比为10左右时,K_(1C)最大;而G_f随MgO:MgCl_2克分子比的减小而线性增加.并认为它们之间的这种关系主要取决于水化物的性质,晶体形貌和水泥石中的含量.

Abstract:In this paper, the relationship between the fracfure toughness and the composition of magnesium oxychloride cement was discussed by measuring the critical value of the stress intensity factor K1c, the fracture energy G1 and analysing the phases. The results showed that the feature of the curve for the values of K 1c to be changed with the de-caease of MgO : MgCl2 molar ratio was the parabolic, thus, the stone with I model structure in which MgO: MgCl, molar ratio was about 10, had the largest value of K1c; while G1 was increased with the decrease of MgO: MgCl2 molar ratio. It was considered that the relationship between them was dependnce on the nature and the crystal morphology of the phases and the content of these phases in the stone.
