上市公司股权集中程度与公司绩效实证

在分析了深、沪两地39家典型通信产业上市公司相关资料的基础上,对上市公司股份集中程度和大股东个数两方面对公司盈利能力、资产管理能力、成长能力及股本扩张能力的影响进行考察,同时利用SPSS软件,对通信产业上市公司股权集中程度与公司绩效的关系进行实证研究并建立模型。结果表明,我国通信产业上市公司股权集中程度与公司绩效存在正相关关系,但不能建立显著的数量化模型关系。

A Case Study of the Relationship between the Concentration Ratio of Stockholders' Equity and Company Performance of Listed Companies

Based on the analysis of the datum of 39 typical listed companies in the telecommunication industry on Shenzhen and Shanghai stock market, the authors have made an exploration of the influence of the concentration ratio of shares and the number of stockholders on the ability of corporate payoff, capital management, development and dilatation of capital stock. By using SPSS, the authors haVe carried out the case study and created a model on the relationship between the concentration ratio of shares and performance eValuation. The results indicate that there is the positiVe correlatiVity between the concentration ratio of shares and performance, but the distinct relationship of quantitatiVe model cannot be created.
