复合有机气凝胶合成过程中的粘度变化特征

摘    要:为调节有机气凝胶的结构,进行了间苯二酚/对苯二酚甲醛混合气凝胶的实验研究,得到了混合物组成比例与凝胶时间的反应规律。用超声波粘度计在线监测了间苯二酚甲醛(RF)体系和间苯二酚/对苯二酚-甲醛(RHF)混合体系凝胶生长过程的粘度变化,考察了混合反应体系在不同反应物配比、不同催化剂浓度等条件下的化学反应过程和凝胶生长动力学规律。

Abstract:To modify the structure of the resorcinol--formaldehyde(RF) arerogels, the reaction rules of resorcinol/hydroquinone,formaldehyde(RHF) system has been researched. The change of viscosity in the gelled process of RF and RHF has been online measured by supersonic viscosimeter. The dynamic rules of this composite system in different reaction conditions such as different reactants ratio and different catalyst concentrations.
