| 摘 要： | 随着网络教育的迅速普及，开发网络教学管理平台已成为21世纪全民教育体系中重要的环节。本文以天津大学自动化学院网上教学平台为例，介绍了一个基于ASP和数据库技术构建的网络教学平台。阐述了开发平台所用技术以及平台实现的各种功能。

| Abstract: | With the rapid prevalence of network education, it is a important part to develop the net education management platform of 21th education system. With the example of platform of network education designed for school of automation in Tianjin University, this paper introduces a platform of network education based on the ASP and the technology of database. The technological skills for designing this platform and various functions of this platform are illuminated. |
