摘    要:高速重载齿轮啮合传动因摩擦生热导致温升,齿轮从而产生热膨胀引起啮合误差,使得振动、噪声增大,胶合失效加剧。因此,对齿轮传动进行温升计算与影响因素分析具有重要意义。温升导致齿轮热物性参数变化,影响温度场,若忽略这种影响,将产生误差。基于渐开线直齿轮,根据齿轮啮合理论和摩擦传热原理,对齿轮传动中瞬时摩擦热流量和对流换热系数进行求解。利用CALPHAD法得出不同温度下的物性参数,基于ANSYS热固耦合法,利用APDL编写变物性参数程序,对齿轮传动温升进行计算,得出齿轮传动中温度场变化情况。编写参数化求解程序,分析齿宽和转矩对啮合传动温升的影响。该研究为分析温升对齿轮失效影响机理奠定重要基础,具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The high speed and heavy load gear meshing transmission will cause temperature rise because of friction and heat.The gear will produce thermal expansion and cause meshing error,which makes the vibra tion and noise increase,and then aggravate the process of failure of gluing.Therefore,it is significant to calcu late the temperature rise and analyze the influencing factors of gear transmission.The temperature rise will lead to the change of gear thermal physical property parameters and affect the temperature field.If this effect is ig nored,an error will be generated.Based on involute spur gear,according to gear meshing theory and friction heat transfer principle,the instantaneous friction heat flow and convection heat transfer coefficient in the transmis sion process of gear are calculated and solved.The CALPHAD method is used to calculate the physical parame ters at different temperatures.Based on the ANSYS thermosetting coupling calculation method,the calculation program under the variable physical parameters is compiled by APDL,the temperature rise of the gear transmis sion is calculated,and the change of temperature field in the gear transmission process is obtained.A parametric solution program is written,and the influence of tooth width and torque parameters on the temperature rise of meshing transmission is analyzed.The research provides an important basis for analyzing the influence mecha nism of temperature rise on gear failure,and has certain guiding significance.
