| 摘 要： | 金属硫蛋白(MT)是一类低分子量、高巯基含量,能大量结合重金属离子的蛋白质,因其功能独特,近年来对MT各方面的研究日益受到重视。本文对MT的性质、分类、常用提取方法、分离纯化方法、检测方法以及功能作了逐一综述。重点阐述了MT的检测方法,提出了有待研究解决的问题,展望了其应用前景。

| Abstract: | Metallothioneine(MT) has characteristics of low molecular weight,high cysteine content,which can bind large number of metal ions.Because of its unique function,studies of MT become very important.Several aspects including character,sort,extracting method,separating and purifying methods,determination and function are discussed in this article.Determination methods are elaborated.Some questions,which should be solved are suggested and the application prospect of MT is forecasted. |
