海水体系中铝合金微生物腐蚀的研究

摘    要:就海水体系中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对铝合金的腐蚀进行了研究,使用扫描电镜以及表面能谱分析方法研究了微生物对铝合金腐蚀的影响。结果表明:硫酸盐还原菌的代谢产物能够破坏铝合金钝化膜,参与腐蚀反应并加速腐蚀的进行。

Abstract:In the article the corrosion of aluminum alloy surface caused by the sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB) was researched in sea water system,and the influence ingredients were analysed by the methods of scanning electro microcopy(SEB) and surface spectra analysis.The result showed that on the surface which have been a passive film,microorganism can result in the corrosion of aluminum alloy because of destroying the passive film and the microorganism can accelerate the corrosion of aluminum alloy on the surface of aluminum alloy.
