圆锥曲线的曲率特性及其在刀具刃磨中的应用

摘    要:圆锥曲线顶点处的曲率半径r等于截平面P到锥顶距离L与圆锥半角α的正切函数的积 (r=Ltanα) ,而与截平面与圆锥曲线的夹角及曲线形状无关。利用该特性可简化刃磨刀具前刀面等内圆锥面时的干涉验算。

Abstract:The radius r of curvature section P in the apex equals to the product of a distance L from the conic node to the section P and a tangent function of half-angle of projection α , i.e. r = L tan α , and is no relation to the angle between the section P and the taper axis or the forms of curvature section. By using this character, the checking calculation of interference in grinding pinion-type cutters can be simplified.
