液压转向器动态特性的建模与仿真分析

摘    要:以全液压同轴流量放大器为对象,建立了动态特性数学模型。分析了其稳定性和动态性能,得到了放大器输入阶跃转角与输出流量和放大器输入阶跃转速与输出流量之间的仿真曲线。结果表明,该转向器具有较快的响应速度,在阶跃输入作用下,其输出仅需0.06s即可达到峰值,0.28。即可完成过渡过程,完全可满足车辆对转向速度的要求。

Abstract:Taking a hydraulic coaxial flux amplifier as study object, the paper builds a dynamic characteristic math model and analyzes its stability and dynamic characteristics to obtain curves showing the relationship between amplifier input jump- step and output flux and the relationship between input jump- step rotating speed and output flux. The results show that this steering gear makes a quick response to jump - step input, thus output flux can reach the peak value only in 0.006 second and complete transition process in 0.28 second. It meets the steering requirements of truck.
