汽车雨刮片的结构与耐久性能研究

摘    要:雨刮片可以清洁汽车玻璃上的雨水、灰尘、雪等,保持驾驶员的视野清晰。介绍了汽车雨刮片的结构分类:有骨雨刮片、无骨雨刮片、复合雨刮片,研究了它们各自的优点和缺点;对雨刮片的3种卡接口形式U Hook、Top Look、复合接口的结构进行了对比;对雨刮片的耐久性能进行了阐述,以达到优化雨刮片结构和延长雨刮片使用寿命的目的。

Abstract:Wiper blade can wipe rain, dust, snow on the surface of auto windshield. The type of the blade was introduced according to the structure: conventional blade, fiat blade and unite blade as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The structure characters of U Hook, Top Look and multiple adapter were compared. The durability property of the blade was analyzed, in order to improve the design and prolong the life.
