含氰侧基的聚醚醚酮酮-聚醚酮醚酮酮共聚物的合成与表征

摘    要:在KOH和K2CO3存在下,通过2,6-二氯苯甲腈与苯酚在N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)中的缩合反应,合成了2,6-二苯氧基苯甲腈(DPOBN)。在无水AlCl3及NMP存在下,将DPOBN与4,4′-二苯氧基二苯甲酮(DPBP)、对苯二甲酰氯在1,2-二氯乙烷中进行低温溶液共缩聚反应,合成了一系列含氰侧基的聚醚醚酮酮(PCEEKK)-聚醚酮醚酮酮(PEKEKK)共聚物(简称共聚物)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱、示差扫描量热分析、热重分析、广角X射线衍射光谱等方法对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征。实验结果表明,n(DPOBN)∶n(DPBP)=(5∶95)~(40∶60)时,共聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg=161~173℃)比纯PEKEKK的Tg(160℃)高;而共聚物的熔点(Tm=320~369℃)则比纯PEKEKK的Tm(378℃)低,有利于熔融加工成型。共聚物和纯PEKEKK一样具有优异的耐热性能和抗化学腐蚀性能。

Abstract:2,6-Diphenoxybenzonitrile(DPOBN)was firstly prepared by condensation of 2,6-dichlorobenzonitrile with phenol in N-methyl pyrrolidone(NMP)in presence of KOH and K2CO3.A series of copolymers consisting of polyether ether ketone ketone(PCEEKK)with pendant cyano groups and polyether ketone ether ketone ketone(PEKEKK)were synthesized in the presence of AlCl3 and NMP by low temperature solution polycondensation of DPOBN and 4,4′-diphenoxybenzophenone(DPBP)with terephthaloyl dichloride in 1,2-dichloro-ethane.The copolymers were characterized by means of IR,DSC,TG and WAXD.When n(DPOBN) ∶n(DPBP)=(5 ∶95)-(40 ∶60),the glass transition temperature(Tg)of copolymers are in range of 161-173 ℃,higher than that of PEKEKK(Tg=160 ℃).The melting temperature(Tm)are in range of 320-369 ℃,lower than that of PEKEKK(Tm=378 ℃).The copolymers are suitable for melt molding process.The copolymers are semi-crystalline and have excellent heat-resistance and chemical resistance.
