基于布拉格光纤光栅的碳纤维壁板损伤监测研究

摘    要:针对大型的碳纤维复合材料机翼盒段壁板结构,提出使用光纤布拉格光栅测量结构应变场分布,通过神经网络判别结构损伤的方法,对典型的飞机碳纤维复合材料盒段壁板结构进行健康监测研究。研究了损伤对机翼盒段壁板结构应变场的影响,研究结果表明,光纤布拉格光栅作为传感器可以较好地应用于航空材料的结构健康监测中,采用神经网络的判别方法可以较准确地判别出结构损伤的位置和程度。

Abstract:For complex structure and anisotropy nature of the carbon fiber composite material wing box,a way of structure health monitoring(SHM) of wing box using fiber bragg grating was given by using artificial neural network,which can localize the damage.The effect of the damage on the strain field of the wainscot was also researched.The experimental results show that as sensors FBGs can be used well in SHM of aerospace materials,and as a method artificial neural network can localize the damage and get the severity as well.
