基于预测模糊/PID控制的盘磨控制器设计

摘    要:针对盘磨进退刀时的大滞后、大惯性特点,分析了现行控制方案的不足,将模糊控制引入盘磨控制中,设计了PID与模糊的双模控制器,并且通过仿真发现,改进后的方案能很好地解决系统的大滞后、大惯性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of large delay and large inertia of plate mill when feeding and retracting,back the lack of current control scheme was analyzed.A dual-mode controller of fuzzy-PID was designed by leading fuzzy control to plate mill control.The simulation shows that the improved scheme can solve the large delay and large inertia of system.
