| 摘 要： | 初始软划分是模糊综合安全评价中确定单因素评价矩阵的基础。本文论述了用动态聚类法处理安全系统危险指标矩阵Ｆ，从而得到合理初始软划分矩阵Ｕ～（０）的方法。同时给出了Ｕ～（０）的确定实例。

| Abstract: | In the Fuzzy Synthetic Safety Assessment, the initial soft classification is the basis of establishing single factor assessment matrix.In this paper,on the basis of dealing with the risk criterion matrix of safety system, the way of establishing the initial soft classification matrix is found. At the same time, an example is given. |
