重点提出了川东地区进一步提高钻井水平需解决的几个关键技术：（１）改进井身结构，有两种方案。技术套管均要下得深，封过自流井组，封过长兴、龙潭组。提出了φ４１９．１０ｍｍ井眼或φ４０６．１０ｍｍ井眼提高钻速纳技术和措施，以及蝇眼方案需考虑的问题。（２）提高全井钻井速度，重点是坚持喷射钻井三阶段，大力推广使用井下动力外事具钻井，以及提高特殊地层钻速问题。（３）综合治漏技术。（４）钻盐岩层问题。（５）气井

A SUGGESTION ON FURTHER RAISING THE DRILLING LEVEL IN EAST SICHUAN

After reviewing the technical progress in drilling in East Sichuan in recent years,several key techniques that must be solved for further raising the drilling level in this region are emphatically proposed in the paper.They are:about improving casing program to deeply run the casing to seal the Ziliujing Formation or to seal the Changxing Formation and Longtan Formation;putting forward the techniques and means of increasing drilling speed for the hole of 419.10mm or 406.10mm and forward some problems that must be considered for drilling small wellbore;about raising fullhole drilling speed,in which the focal points are to insist on the Three Stages of Jetting Drilling,to vigorously popularize the bottomhole power drilling and to heighten the drilling speed in troublesome strata;about comprehensively treating lost circulation;about drilling salt rocks;about casing sealing and using high crushing resistance casing in gas wells.
