摘    要:焦汤以已在油气生产工业中应用了许多年,它在气体通过节流阀从高压到低压的绝热膨胀。以适当的热交换和大的压力差,可以获得高效率所要的低温。由于是绝热过程,对于一定的收率而言,它同等熵膨胀相比需要更多的能量。但在同实用膨胀机及外部制冷流程的取舍上,信筇流流程在低原料气量,有限度的乙烷收率,原料气量波动 大,操作简单等方面呈现出超越膨胀机流程的优点。介绍了焦汤节流的基本原理,总结了焦汤节流流程在轻烃回收装

Abstract:The JouleThomson throttle has been applied in oil and gas production for many years.Its effect is to get a low temperature necessary for raising effectiveness by a suitable heat exchange and large pressure difference by means of the adiabatic expansion generated by the gas passing through a choke valve from high pressure to low pressure.Because it is an adiabatic process,it needs more energy in comparison with the isentropic expansion for a certain recovery.As contrasted with the external refrigerating process' being accepted and rejected by the applied expander,the JouleThomson throttle process shows more advantages,as low but greatlyfluctuated unstripped gas flow,limited ethane recovery and simple operation,than the expander process.Finally,the basic principle of the JouleThomson throttle is introduced and its application to NGL recovery is summarized in the paper.
