工业区COD总量控制方案研究

摘    要:工业区COD总量控制方案可在调查基础上,得出万元产值COD排放量限制值,进行引进企业排污限制和产业结构调整.根据目标万元产值废水排放量得出区内排污大户,推动清洁生产审核,降低万元产值水耗.提高生活污水纳管率,为工业发展腾出容量.研究区域内单位生活COD交易额为12.63万元/t,可作为上海市生活COD排放量交易参考价格.

Abstract:Study on an analogical example to explain the program of gross control of COD in industrial area.Based on the survey through the selected area,we can have the specific rate of COD emission per million RMB of industrial output value,as the standard to screen the introduced industries and to readjust the industrial structure.According to the target of sewage emission per output value,the enterprises can be listed increasingly,which should be pushed to implement cleaner production for reducing water consumption.To improve the sewage disposal rate for sparing capacity to develop industry,this paper concludes that it cost 126.3 thousand RMB per t COD disposal from living consumption,which can be used for the reference price for disposal per COD from living consumption in Shanghai.
