摘    要:研究了微量合金元素 Zr 和 V 对可加工 RE-Co 永磁合金组织和性能的影响。实验发现,联合添加微量 Zr 和 V 可使磁体在保持高 Br 的前提下具有较高的 H_(CB)。获得了(BH)_(max)(?)99kJ/m~3且可进行车削、钻孔和用内圆切割机切成厚为0.2mm 薄片的磁体。

Abstract:The effects of Zr and V on microstructure and magneticproperties of machinable REPM were studied.Experimental results show thatcoexistance of Zr and V in Sm(Cu Fe Co)_z alloy can greatly improve the H_(CB)without decrease of Br,so that a machinable REPM which its(BH)_(mex) ismore than 99kJ/m~3,can be truned and drilled by hard-metal tools,and cut intothin slices of 0.2mm by means of slicer.
